How many sessions will I need before I lose weight?
Pure Confidence offers two options. Your first option is our popular weight loss programme which lasts for 6 sessions and which involves one x 1 1/2 hour session and 5 x 1 hour sessions ideally one per week or one per fortnight. Alternatively, if you need a quick boost, you can book your sessions individually. See below for prices.

What happens during a typical hypnotherapy session for weight loss?
The programme begins with a chat to find out a bit more about your eating habits. One of the reason so many diets do not work is that there is often an emotion reason for people over eating and your own reason is personal to you. In our intial consultation, we will aim to uncover this reason so that I can adjust the hypnotherapy to work with your exact needs. We will then work together with a variety of techniques to work towards improving your relationship with food and exercise.
By using a combination of NLP, CBT and hypnotherapy, we can make changes at the conscious and subconscious level so that you will change the way you think about food and exercise forever.
During the 6 week weight loss programme, you will
- Set yourself realistic and achievable weight loss goals
- Discover new and different ways to deal with stress, tension, boredom or any other emotion which causes you to overeat
- Learn how to reprogramme your mind with helpful eating habits
- Learn self hypnosis to give you the tools to help yourself in the future
- Have regular interim contact with your Pure Confidence Motivaiton Coach to keep you are on track (if necessary!).
Will it work?
Losing weight is not a spectator sport and you need to become involved in any changes you make. However, by changing your attitude to food you will find it much easier to stop overeating, to control any cravings you may have and to be more motivated to exercise. Because you have visited this website, it is extremely likely that you have reached the point where you have had enough of overeating and are desperate for a solution. The good news is that the more you want hypnotherapy to work and the more confidence you have in it, the more successful it will be!

The 6 session Pure Confidence Weight Loss Programme costs £249.00. Alternatively, individual sessions cost £65 for the initial consultation and £50 for subsequent consultations.

Some top tips to enjoy your food more and still lose weight:-
- Turn the T.V. off and sit up to the table to enjoy your meal - that way you can completely concentrate on what you are eating and savour every flavour..
- If you always feel the need to clean your plate, use a smaller plate!
- Spend some time each day building a picture in your mind of what you want to look like and imagining what your life will be like as you get thinner and thinner.
- Buy a pedometer and aim to walk 10,000 steps per day. Walking is not only a great exercise, it's a great way to take some time out, destress and gain a new perspective on any challenges in your life.
- Give yourself a non food related reward every few weeks to celebrate the new you - perhaps a new outfit or a manicure or pedicure.
